River Bend Stables

SwanLea Equestrian is proud to have the opportunity to affiliate with River Bend Stables as their home base.  Owned and operated for over 30 years by Barb and Gaylord Ahrens, it is located less than 30 minutes west of Minneapolis in Rockford, Minnesota with easy access from both Highways 12 and 55. 

Situated on the banks of the Crow River and adjacent to beautiful Rebecca Park, River Bend offers access to endless trails for the pleasure-riding enthusiast, as well as an opportunity for the competition rider to take a stroll on a sunny afternoon. 

Boasting a 42 stall barn, a 150' x 80' heated indoor arena, indoor wash rack, multiple tack rooms including personal lockers, a 300' x 150' outdoor arena, and a large fenced-in grass riding field with cross-country jumps- River Bend has all a serious equestrian could ask for!
